SECURING YOUR DATES
Before you book.
Deposit & payment
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. The accommodation balance is due 14 days before arrival. Payments are in South African rand; Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Bookings and amendments require written confirmation.
Cancellation
The published cancellation charges are 10% for a confirmed booking with a deposit paid; 30% at 31–60 days before arrival; 50% at 15–30 days; and 100% at 0–14 days or for a no-show. Cancellations must be in writing. See the complete document for all terms.
Groups & provisional bookings
Two or more houses count as a group booking. Please specify your preferred houses; no block bookings are accepted. Provisional reservations are held for 14 days, or for 24 hours when made within the cancellation period.
