A LITTLE HISTORY AT THE TABLE

Fresh bread.
An old tradition.

The mill beside the restaurant was built by the Wagener family in 1914 and operated until 1934, grinding wheat in this remote farming valley. It has been restored, though it no longer operates. Freshly baked bread continues the tradition.
